specifically mentioned in the law.  Nashua Telegraph 1/30/1957
mentions passage of bill by the House, and quotes Motor Vehicle

at least two letters but not more than four, except in the case
of amateur radio operators who would be allowed five..."

read through windshield."  11/21/1949 letter from Governor to
Chris Pappas, who was issued Veteran #1, states that "No new

license plates for amputee-veterans.  I have instructed
Commissioner Clarke to go ahead with the preparation of the
